I'm a software developer based in the Gloucestershire area. My current day to day stack is python based, in particular Django.
In 2017 I graduated from the University of Sussex with a joint honours degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
After this I spent a couple of years in Data Science at UCAS and while I still enjoy dabbling in data from time to time, I made the switch to a more software engineering type role in 2019.
I'm planning on adding some blog entries soon, although I imagine they'll be published at a pretty inconsistent rate as having young children comes with a certain amount of unpredictability when it comes to leisure time.
I love football - although these days my involvement is weighted way more to 'spectator' than 'participant' than I would like! I've also get a bit of a weird enjoyment from taking things apart and figuring out how they work. A lot of the time this is a result of: "Daddy my <insert toy here> is broke, can you mend it?". I'm also a bit of a car nut and can chew your ear off for hours about different cars - to which anybody unfortunate to have stuck up a conversation about cars with me can attest!
Finally there are some links in the navbar at the top of this page - The only one working right now is the link to my Github page as the other ones aren't ready to be added yet.
